WHAT I REVIEW

Buyer questions

Gather recurring questions from sales, support, search data, and relevant results. Group them by buying stage and decide which page should answer each one rather than publishing a separate URL for every variation.

YOUR DELIVERABLEBuyer-question inventory mapped to existing or proposed pages
A FOCUSED PROCESS

Clear steps.
Shared expectations.

We agree the scope and responsibilities first, then move from investigation to implementation and review.

01

Discover

Understand your business, your audience, and the problem you want to solve.

02

Prioritise

Agree what matters most and the work that fits your resources.

03

Implement

Deliver the agreed recommendations and coordinate the necessary changes.

04

Review

Check the work, interpret the evidence, and decide the next useful action.

EXPERIENCE IN THE DECISION

What I look at
before recommending work.

A short answer is not automatically a useful answer. Some buyers need a direct definition; others need eligibility conditions, trade-offs, or a comparison table. I choose the depth around the decision and keep the supporting explanation close to the answer.

ILLUSTRATIVE DECISION BRIEF

The situation

Prospects repeatedly ask what onboarding includes, but the service page only says “end-to-end support”.

The decision

Document the actual stages, responsibilities, inputs, and exclusions in a clear answer with supporting detail.

The review

Review question-related search visibility and whether enquiries arrive with a better understanding of the service.

THE DIFFERENCE IN PRACTICE

From scattered activity
to purposeful work.

An illustrative comparison of the approach. These examples describe improvements to the work, not promised performance results.

A COMMON STARTING POINT

Activity without a clear connection.

  • Scattered business information
  • Unsubstantiated broad claims
  • Visibility confused with revenue
BEFORE WE BEGIN

A clear scope.
No guesswork.

Agree question clusters, page types, writing depth, expert review, and implementation. Structured data is used only where applicable and consistent with the page; it is not a guarantee of rich results or AI inclusion. AEO and GEO work are combined where the same task serves both.

What I’ll need from you

  • Sales and support questions, objections, and existing content
  • Subject-matter reviewers and approved sources for factual claims
  • Priority customer journeys and access to search reporting where available

How we review progress

Review query relevance, observable answer appearances, engagement with the affected pages, and meaningful next actions. A featured snippet or AI citation is selected by the platform; appearances can change and do not automatically create qualified demand.

WORKING WITH BARSHAD

Senior input.
Clear accountability.

My 7+ years in SEO and digital marketing inform how I investigate, prioritise, and communicate the work. You work directly with the person responsible for the recommendations.

For owners & leadership

Start with the business objective and the economics behind it. The proposal sets out priority work, dependencies, fees, and how we will assess progress. Where evidence is incomplete, assumptions remain visible.

For marketing & delivery teams

Agree the backlog, implementation owner, review cadence, and approval process. Recommendations include the reasoning and practical handoffs your writers, developers, or account team need.

For hiring managers

Use my CV and experience summaries to assess role fit, responsibility, and how I approach the work. My SEO leadership background includes Kazix and Yoddha Lab; the portfolio distinguishes CV-based experience from verified client case studies.

Agree the engagement before delivery.

A diagnostic project, implementation sprint, or ongoing partnership should each have a written scope, named owners, a review schedule, and a clear approach to additional work. Fees depend on complexity, delivery responsibility, and the agreed scope.

TOOLS THAT SUPPORT THE WORK

Good tools. Considered judgement.

The toolset depends on your site, access, and the agreed scope.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little clarity
before we talk.

Ask about your project
Is AEO just adding FAQs to every page?

No. The answer may belong in the main copy, a process section, a comparison, or a relevant help page. FAQs are one format; the priority is answering the right question in the right place.

Can structured data secure a featured snippet?

No. Google decides which pages appear as featured snippets. Structured data can describe eligible content, but it does not reserve an answer position.

How is AEO different from GEO?

AEO is scoped around question coverage and answer quality on your pages. GEO considers broader brand representation and source visibility across an agreed AI-search sample. They share SEO foundations and should not create duplicate work.

Will you use AI-generated answers?

Drafting tools may assist, but business facts, specialist statements, and final copy require appropriate human review. Unsupported answers are not a substitute for your team’s knowledge.

Who will I work with?

You work directly with Barshad. We agree any developer, writer, or internal-team responsibilities as part of the scope.

How are timelines and fees agreed?

After reviewing your requirements, we agree the priority work, deliverables, dependencies, timeline, and fees before starting.

Do you guarantee specific results?

No. Rankings, demand, competition, platform changes, and implementation affect results. I commit to clear work, transparent priorities, and evidence-led review.

Can you work with my existing team?

Yes. Share your existing workflow and available resources so we can agree ownership, handoffs, and the support your team needs.

YOUR ENGAGEMENT / OPEN THE BRIEF

Clear answers grounded in useful information

01 / DELIVERWhat the work produces

A buyer-question map, relevant answer improvements, source checks and accurate structured information.

02 / EVALUATEHow we assess it

Track observable answer visibility and relevant visitor actions. Structured data should describe the page; it does not guarantee selection.

03 / ALIGNBefore work starts

Agree the business objective, baseline, access, implementation owner and review period. Prioritise by likely impact, effort, dependencies and business relevance.

Approach informed by Google’s guidance on generative search.
